My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur. I’m the founder of SellerPlex, host of the Ecom Exits Podcast, and partner in a handful of other online businesses.
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Content to lead our content optimization efforts, with a primary focus on Amazon. As the Head of Content, you will play a critical role in managing content projects, optimizing listings, and ensuring our clients’ success on Amazon.
This is a Full-time Remote position.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in both Amazon and non-Amazon content optimization.
- Previous experience managing content projects for Amazon Sellers.
- Leadership and team performance management skills.
- Familiarity with Clickup and Asana (a plus).
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility with time zones, as most clients are in the US.
- Strong project management skills and, ideally, with project management certifications (a bonus).
- In-depth knowledge of the ever-changing e-commerce landscape and content optimization trends.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Lead and manage content optimization projects, with a specific focus on Amazon, to drive increased visibility, conversions, and sales for our clients.
- Utilize your expertise in e-commerce and content optimization to provide strategic guidance to our team and clients.
- Ensure the highest standards of content quality, compliance, and relevance across Amazon listings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of content specialists, driving their performance and professional growth.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the e-commerce and content optimization space.
- Basic knowledge about conversion rate optimization (CRO), design, copywriting and keyword research would be highly desirable
- Leverage project management skills and tools like Clickup and Asana to streamline processes and ensure project success.
- Flexibility with time zones, especially for meetings with clients based in the United States.
