We are looking to hire a highly organized and motivated Creative Director who can confidently lead our team of creatives in producing great ads and top-shelf content. Besides being quick on their feet with concepts and ideas, the candidate we have in mind would also have the smarts and analytical skills required to quickly grasp our client’s goals and collaborate with our experienced strategists in delivering top-quality and highly productive ads and promotional materials. This is a full-time, remote position.

We are looking for a Creative Director specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• 2+ years experience working as a Creative Director for a content production firm
• 3+ years managing and creating content for paid traffic
• 2+ years managing creative teams and working with content creators
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly 
• Comfortable managing and working with a remote team

Your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

• Create and lead accounts as well as provide overall creative direction
• Delivering a product based on client specifications and guided by a clear  understanding  of available information and materials
• Manage a team of content creators, video editors, talent acquisition managers, and copywriters in the production of ads and copy
• Work with our experienced Offer Strategists and Media Buyer in mapping out creative strategies and treatment
• Effectively work on concepts, designs and applications with the Creative Team to produce an effective digital advertising campaign
• Prepare layouts for printing and/or digital release based on client’s requirements
• Create storyboards and mockups as well as prepare pitch and presentation decks
• Prepare and participate in the production of multimedia output to address client requirements
