About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of digital marketing data, outstanding English communication skills, and familiarity with tools like Google Doc, Slack, and ClickUp. This role will play an integral part in helping our media buying team with reporting and ensuring our clients receive comprehensive and accurate reports.

This is a Part-Time Remote role. We are looking for someone who can work within the US time zone (MST) or have overlapping hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the completion of reports for clients.
• Support the media buying team with reporting tasks.
• Understand and analyze digital marketing data to provide insights.
• Utilize tools such as Google Doc, Slack, and Click Up to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with analyzing digital marketing data.
• Proficiency in using Google Doc for reporting and documentation.
• Experience with communication and task management tools like Slack and Click Up.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
