Hello Data Entry Specialists!

My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur. I’m the owner of Centurica, founder of SellerPlex, and partner in a handful of other online businesses. Centurica is the premier provider of Due Diligence services for online business acquisitions. This means our clients hire us to review their acquisitions to ensure the business is what the seller says it is, uncover any risks, as well as identify growth opportunities.

About the role:

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our efforts to get existing deal data ready for upload to a CRM system. Your primary responsibility will be to enrich around 50 won deals with client data for CRM upload. This will involve sourcing contact information from our info@ email, enriching deals from LinkedIn, and entering dummy data if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Source and enter contact information for 50 won deals
• Enrich deals with additional client data from LinkedIn
• Enter dummy data if necessary to ensure completeness of records
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Support other data entry tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Expected Hours: 10
