We are looking for a passionate and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This is a Full-Time Remote position.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Implement campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage social media presence and contribute to market analysis.
- Evaluate campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends, optimize spend, and leverage AI tools for enhanced creativity.
- Innovate and devise growth strategies.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate on creating landing pages and improving user experience.
- Analyze customer experiences across channels.
- Optimize user funnels and ensure operational requirements are met.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager, or in a similar role, particularly in e-commerce DTC and Amazon industry.
- Proven track record of creativity in crafting engaging digital campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Comprehensive background in marketing, art direction, and social media management.
- Proficiency in web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with market analysis and the ability to identify trends, especially the trends in the AI tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Proficient in A/B testing and conducting experiments for optimization.
- Understanding of customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.
- Capability to develop budgets and familiarity with financial planning and strategy.
