About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager professional to join our Colorado-based team at 8760 Solar. The ideal candidate will have a background in the solar industry or electrical/construction field and is based in the San Luis Valley, Pueblo, or Colorado Springs area.
As Project Manager, you will manage various aspects of our projects, from client communication and project coordination to administrative tasks and CRM management. Your responsibilities will include inbox management, install contractor coordination, supplier communication, client support, project management support, marketing activities, data entry, and CRM maintenance. Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in tools such as HelpScout, monday.com, Zoom, Google products, and Microsoft Excel are essential. Effective communication and relationship-building abilities are vital for interacting with stakeholders, setting deadlines, and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
This role offers potential for growth, allowing you to advance into management or specialize in project management or administration as the business expands.
- Previous experience in the solar industry or electrical/construction field is highly preferred.
- Project management experience
- Sales and customer support experience
- Attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software (experience with monday.com is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google products (Chat, Email, Drive, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable making phone calls and maintaining professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow up on tasks.
- Based in Colorado, preferably in the San Luis Valley, Pueblo, or Colorado Springs area.
