About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Amazon Graphic Designer to join our team and take our creative efforts to the next level. In this role, you will be a key player in developing high-impact visual content that enhances brand presence on the Amazon platform and drives sales and customer engagement.
As a senior team member, you will be responsible for creating exceptional designs and guiding and mentoring junior designers while consistently pushing the boundaries of innovation.
This is a Full-time Remote position. We are looking for someone in the Philippines as most of our team is there already.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or in a related role, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and Amazon platform expertise.
- At least 3 years of experience creating Amazon designs
- Mastery of graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a proven track record of creating innovative and compelling visuals.
- In-depth understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem and e-commerce dynamics and a demonstrated ability to translate brand narratives into impactful designs.
- Exceptional creative and strategic thinking, backed by meticulous attention to detail in all design elements.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and the ability to present design concepts persuasively.
- Proven capability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with advanced SEO principles and their application in crafting digital content for optimal search discoverability is a strong plus.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of e-commerce or Amazon-centric design work, emphasizing innovation and impact, is essential.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand product features, market positioning, and strategic goals.
- Conceptualize and design captivating Amazon product listings, A+ content, brand stories, and storefronts that align with brand identity and captivate the target audience.
- Elevate the visual storytelling experience by developing multimedia-rich A+ content that goes beyond the ordinary.
- Create visually stunning graphics, infographics, and other digital assets that effectively convey complex ideas and product information.
- Strategically incorporate relevant keywords and SEO practices into designs to optimize content for search visibility.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Amazon’s evolving guidelines and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure that designs are compliant.
- Analyze performance data and gather stakeholder feedback to refine and improve designs for maximum impact iteratively.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
