About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Manager with expertise in Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, and other similar marketing automation platforms. As a Platform Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our marketing and sales funnels using these platforms.

This would be a full-time remote position. We are looking for someone who is based in South America or in similar time zones. 

Requirements:

• Strong experience and expertise in managing marketing automation platforms such as Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, and other similar tools.
• Proven track record of designing and optimizing high-converting marketing and sales funnels.
• Familiarity with integrating marketing automation platforms with other systems, such as CRM, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, etc.
• Proficient in analyzing funnel performance metrics and implementing data-driven optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and training skills to effectively educate and support cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• A/B testing and experimentation experience to drive continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Platform Management: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for marketing automation platforms such as Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, and other similar tools. Ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to the marketing and sales teams.

• Funnel Design and Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop high-converting funnels that align with our business goals and target audience. Leverage your design knowledge and understanding of user experience principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly funnels.

• Integration and Automation: Work closely with the IT team and other relevant stakeholders to integrate the marketing automation platforms with existing systems, such as CRM, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, etc. Identify opportunities for automation and streamline processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Performance Tracking and Analytics: Monitor and analyze funnel performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, etc. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.

• Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to marketing and sales teams on how to effectively use the marketing automation platforms. Stay up to date with platform updates and new features, and educate the team on best practices to maximize platform utilization.

• A/B Testing and Experimentation: Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different funnel components, layouts, copywriting, etc. Use test results to refine and optimize funnels for better performance and user engagement.
