This is a full-time remote role.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in advanced searching techniques, including crafting Boolean search strings and X-ray searches.
- Familiarity with talent sourcing from platforms like UpWork, LinkedIn, Workable, and other talent platforms.
- Experience working with various job boards, resume databases, and candidate profiles.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our recruiters and hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Actively source and invite potential candidates through various online channels, including social platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Initiate and maintain initial communication with invited candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as X-Ray and Boolean search to identify qualified candidate profiles.
- Continuously research and identify new roles, finding potential candidates that align with role requirements.
- Advertise open positions on external networks and various platforms.
- Post job listings on various Job Boards.
