Role Overview:
We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, love connecting with people, and are passionate about recruitment, this role could be perfect for you. You will be responsible for evaluating candidates at the screening stage, including reviewing CVs, LinkedIn profiles, questionnaires, and video submissions, ensuring only the most qualified individuals move forward in the hiring process.
This a full-time remote position.
What You’ll Do:
- Daily Screening: Review and assess resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and application materials in our ATS.
- Evaluate Video Submissions: Assess candidates’ video responses for communication skills and remote job readiness.
- Initial Filtering: Select and forward the most promising candidates for further interviews.
- Candidate Communication: Promptly handle candidate queries and maintain clear, professional communication via email.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment managers to ensure candidates align with role-specific needs.
- Feedback & Strategy: Provide input on improving screening processes and candidate sourcing efforts.
Requirements:
- Experienced Recruiter: 3+ years of recruiting or talent screening experience for remote roles.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure no candidate slips through the cracks.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Spreadsheets, and comfortable working in a fully digital environment.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Driven: Capable of working independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team member.
- Educational Background: A degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is an asset but not required.
