Role Overview:
We are looking for a Recruitment & Interview Specialist to join our dynamic, fully remote team. If you have a passion for identifying great talent, are confident conducting structured interviews, and enjoy collaborating with clients to meet hiring goals, this role is for you. You will play a central part in the recruitment process – from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviewing and guiding clients through hiring decisions.
This is a Full-Time remote position.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements, draft job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct structured, competency-based interviews with candidates across various roles and seniority levels.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates’ fit based on experience, communication, role expectations, and alignment with client culture.
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process, providing updates, collecting feedback, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks and summarize insights for clients to support final hiring decisions.
- Hiring Strategy Input: Advise on best practices, interview frameworks, and talent market trends to help clients make informed hiring decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, sourcers, and operations to ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely feedback loops.
Requirements:
- Experienced Recruiter: 3+ years of recruiting or talent screening experience for remote roles.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure no candidate slips through the cracks.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong ability to manage client relationships and navigate role priorities, feedback, and timelines with professionalism and clarity.
- Process-Oriented: Skilled at documenting and following structured processes while being flexible in adapting to new ones.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback to both candidates and clients.
- Self-Driven: Capable of working independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team member.
- Educational Background: A degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is an asset but not required.
