Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, are creative, and have a passion for marketing, this role could be perfect for you. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team by assisting with content creation, market research, social media management and campaign coordination.

This is a Full-Time remote position.

What you will do:

• Content Creation & Management– Develop and edit content in various formats, including video, articles, captions, and graphics.– Use tools like Canva and video editing software (Capcut, Premiere Pro) to produce engaging content.– Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all content.
• Market Research & Analysis– Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.– Evaluate content quality and establish best practices.– Recommend strategic improvements.

• Social Media & Community Engagement– Manage interactions on social media (comments, DMs, inquiries).– Track brand mentions, trends, and engagement.– Suggest ways to improve audience engagement and brand presence.

• Administrative & Campaign Coordination– Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.– Ensure marketing initiatives are organized and effective.– Maintain marketing materials and digital assets.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation, campaign management, and social media engagement.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: You have good knowledge in Canva and video editing tools like Capcut or Premiere Pro (Adobe Illustrator is nice to have). 
• Creative: You have essential  graphic design skills to modify and edit templates
• Excellent Communicator: Exceptional  written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on copywriting, capable of crafting clear, engaging, and effective messaging.
• Self-Driven: Capable of working independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team member.
• Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
