About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Creative Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with creators, managing content creation processes, and providing creative support. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative skincare brand, where you will work closely with the creative strategist and internal teams to bring impactful campaigns to life.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

We are looking for a Junior Creative Strategist with these requirements:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within an Agency setting or D2C beauty business.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and paid ads.
• Experience working with creators and influencers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create and manage timelines for campaigns.
• Ability to review and ensure content quality.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Highly Creative – an eye for detail and understand the importance of branding.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Coordinating with creators for content production.
• Managing contracts with creators and ensuring timely execution.
• Developing and maintaining project timelines.
• Collaborating with the Creative Strategist on campaign strategy.
• Reviewing content for accuracy and quality.
• Managing video editing tasks and providing editing instructions.
• Supporting creative teams with ad-hoc tasks such as SOP writing and file organization.
• Providing feedback on campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
• Supporting the organization on creative reports.
• Communicating progress and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Weekly / monthly ad reporting and analysis.
