Hello, Supply Chain Planning Specialists!

We are looking to hire a motivated Supply Chain Planning Specialist who can be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and organized. This individual will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, working closely with procurement and operations teams to prevent shortages or excesses. Additionally, they will utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, conduct regular audits, and implement best practices to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.

This role is a Full-time position.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Has at least 2+  Supply Chain planning experience in D2C brand/product company.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes and management.
• Has understanding and familiarity of  procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, forecasting tools, and  ERP systems for managing inventory and order processing.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Maintain Excel models to ensure accurate inventory levels: Regularly update and manage Excel spreadsheets to track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy and availability for decision-making.
• Process orders: Handle the end-to-end order processing, including the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Plan material resources for raw and packaging materials: Develop and execute material resource plans to ensure the timely availability of raw and packaging materials needed for production, aligning with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate material transfers: Plan and oversee the transfer of materials between different locations or departments, ensuring efficient movement and availability where needed.
• Reconcile inventory with accounting and third-party vendors: Collaborate with the accounting team and third-party vendors to reconcile physical inventory with system records, resolving any discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory data.
• Create inventory reports as needed: Generate regular and ad-hoc inventory reports, providing detailed insights into inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics to support decision-making.
