About the role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our fast-paced Ecommerce Marketing Agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Initially, this role will be part-time and paid on an hourly basis, but there is potential for it to evolve into a full-time position for the ideal candidate.
We are looking for someone who can work within the US time zone (MST) or have overlapping hours.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understand client goals and objectives, and develop tailored marketing strategies to meet their needs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of agency services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage client expectations
- Previous experience in account management, preferably within an ecommerce or digital marketing agency
- Solid understanding of ecommerce marketing strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player
- Work with a fully remote team
