About the Role:

We’re seeking a data-obsessed Paid Ads Manager with a passion for performance marketing and a proven track record scaling Meta Ads. You’ll work with an experienced, remote-first team that believes in deep focus, creative freedom, and measurable results. This role offers the opportunity to drive serious growth for a purpose-driven brand, working in tandem with creatives, strategists, and other marketing stakeholders.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, with working hours between Europe and Asia.

We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• 2-3+ years of experience managing Meta ad spend.
• Experience spending $100k+ per month on Meta.
• 1+ year experience running paid ads on platforms like Google, YouTube, Amazon, or TikTok.
• Proven track record of scaling paid media spend.
• Experience in a data-driven performance marketing environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills; data-driven decision making.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms.
• Proficiency with tools like NorthBeam, Prescient, and platform-native analytics.
• Strong attention to detail in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• Up-to-date with Meta’s algorithm changes and trends in paid media.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Oversee the daily testing, optimization, and scaling of Meta campaigns.
• Analyze performance across channels using tools like NorthBeam and Prescient.
• Report on key metrics including ROAS, MER, and Contribution Margin.
• Brief designers for high-converting landing pages and creatives, and collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Strategist
• Support agency partners managing Google and Amazon ads.
• Keep all performance dashboards and strategy documents updated.
• Continuously test new audiences, offers, creatives, and funnels.
