Hello, Sales Executives!

My name is Zachary and I am the CEO at Hook Security Inc. – a Cybersecurity SaaS business serving the MSP community by providing a new kind of end-user threat recognition training. We are the fastest-growing company in the fastest-growing segment in the cybersecurity marketplace.

We are looking to hire a motivated VP of Sales who finds a strong purpose in loving their company’s offering and clients. Someone who enjoys working with other team members, and building a worthwhile company together. We need a goal-oriented VP of sales who can confidently handle and manage the sales department of our fast-growing SaaS business. 

This is a  full-time remote position.

We are looking for a VP of Sales specifically with these requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Has at least 3+ years of experience in an executive sales position
  • Has worked in a SaaS company/environment for 3+ years
  • Has at least 3+ years of experience Building Sales Programs & Teams in a SaaS Environment
  • Extensive experience building and managing sales teams
  • Demonstrable results in current/previous roles
  • Experience closing enterprise sales 
  • Deep understanding of KPIs, OKRs, and forecasting
  • Available to travel as needed
  • Good public speaker for conferences and podcasts
  • Previously utilized Hubspot platform

Nice to have:

  • Cybersecurity Experience / or have worked in this industry
  • Strong social media and community-building skills 

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Responsible for all revenue including:

  • Sales Team Recruiting, Management, Hiring, Offboarding, Training, Sales Culture, and Sales Morale
  • Contribute to Executive Team; Build Out Sales Compensation Plans
  • Feedback to Development Team and Product Roadmap
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with the Director of Growth; Achieve Results in Tandem
  • Report to the Board of Directors as Needed
  • Understand sales ops Tools (Stack) while working through the Team to utilize the sales system
  • Properly and Accurately Forecast Revenues

You thrive in ambiguity and can be autonomous in determining solutions. You are a creative thinker who can innovate and ideate a clear vision to achieve your company’s goals.
