About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative (Advisor) with B2C sales experience and a passion for helping families access educational coaching services. This role is key in prospecting, engaging, and closing sales, using a consultative approach to match clients with the right coaching program or service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced remote sales environment, excels at relationship-building, and is driven by results and commission-based earnings.
This is a Full-Time remote position.
We are looking for an Sales Representative (Advisor) specifically with these requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- 2+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong persuasive selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends for improvement.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle a busy sales cycle.
- Proficient in digital tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM platforms (Close CRM, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must have a personal computer with a microphone and camera and a reliable internet connection.
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
- Identify and engage potential clients through phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct Breakthrough Calls (BTs) to qualify leads and determine fit.
- Schedule and conduct Enrollment Conferences (ECs) to present egelloC’s coaching programs.
- Perform needs analysis to tailor solutions for each client.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM and track pipeline progress.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best sales practices to enhance performance.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including promotional materials and training videos.
