Hello, PPC Specialists!

My name is Daryl and I am the CEO at Big Flare – a specialist pay-per-click advertising agency focused on eCommerce campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

We help small and medium-sized eCommerce stores succeed in a crowded and competitive marketplace by leveraging over 40 years of experience with Google Advertising and PPC marketing.

We build and optimize PPC campaigns as a fully-managed service for our clients, using our unique campaign optimization system — what we call the Big Flare Way. Our team members all care about clients’ businesses as-if it were their own and take ownership and initiative to drive campaigns through to completion. This is reflected in our small client-to-account manager ratio and never-ending focus on gross profit for our clients.

We are looking to hire a motivated, PPC Specialist who can confidently assist our Account Managers with optimizing and managing clients’ PPC campaigns. Someone who is passionate about growing to become an Account Manager and eventually fully handle client communications and accounts.

This is a part-time position scaling up to a full-time remote position over the course of the next 6 months.

We are looking for an PPC Specialist specifically with these requirements:

  • Native (or close-to native) written and spoken English
  • Experience working as a PPC freelancer or in a PPC agency
  • Has at least 2+ years of PPC experience specifically in Paid Search and/or Shopping Ads
  • Has at least 2+ years in Google Ad optimization 
  • Experience with managing multiple Google Ads clients simultaneously
  • Experience with teamwork software such as Asana, Slack, Google Drive
  • Has experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and account optimization.
  • High ability to analyze,  interpret and visualize data in a way that clients of all levels can understand.

Nice to have:

  • Strong track record managing Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Strong track record with Google Tag Manager/conversion tracking  installation and troubleshooting
  • Excellent ability to create client reports using software such as Google Data Studio

Your responsibilities will include (but are  not limited to):

  • Support Account Managers in the optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly repeating tasks (Asana tasks and SOPs will be provided where necessary).
  • Perform Google Ads optimizations including:
    • SQR management
    • Ads optimization
    • Keyword research
    • New account launches
    • Campaign and ad group creation
    • Analysis alerts and optimizations
    • Performance monitoring
    • Quality Score optimization
    •  Competitor research
  • Assist with the building and optimizing of Google, Facebook, and Bing Ads campaigns.
  • Attend weekly meetings as required:
    • Monday Client Services meeting.
    • Meetings with Account Managers / Team Director as required.
    • Occasional client meetings.
