About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Social Media Strategist with expertise in influencer marketing and brand ambassador management. In this full-time role, you’ll lead impactful campaigns, build a team of ambassadors, and drive innovative CPG strategies. Responsibilities include crafting strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content, analyzing metrics, and staying ahead of digital trends.
This role is a full-time role position.
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist specifically with these requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, or related fields
- Proven ability to recruit and manage brand ambassadors in the US market
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Proficient in analytics tools like TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with web design, publishing, and paid media strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to ever-changing trends
- Comfortable working in US time zones
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Build relationships with 20-50+ influencers, provide feedback, and align with internal teams.
- Identify 20-40 audience cohorts, guide weekly content creation, and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Track gross merchandise value and ensure content fosters trust and relevance, leveraging cultural trends.
- Create strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement, aligned with business goals.
- Develop platform-specific plans, provide creative direction, and stay updated on trends.
- Produce and schedule engaging, original content for social media platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics, refine strategies, and report campaign effectiveness.
- Amplify top-performing content and manage strategic ad campaigns.
