About the Role:
We are looking to hire a passionate Content Brand Manager to lead the content and social media efforts. This role involves crafting impactful content and aligning strategies with the brand’s vision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to drive engagement and lead generation. Critical thinking abilities and a detail oriented mindset are essential for this role!
We value clear, authentic communication. If you use AI tools, it’s important to know how to personalize and elevate the output to make it sound natural and human.
This is a full-time remote role, with mandatory overlapping hours with the US time zone.
We are looking for a Content Brand Manager specifically with these requirements:
- You have a proven track record of developing efficient content strategy and content creation across multiple platforms.
- You have strong critical thinking skills, you’re very well organised and detail-oriented.
- You have worked with ClickUp or some other project management tool.
- You have experience developing content that generates business growth, ideally working with online coaches, info products/courses, personal brands or in an agency setting.
- You have strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and alignment with brand voice.
- You have experience with data analysis and performance metrics to refine content strategies.
- You are familiar with lead generation techniques, including landing pages and sales funnels.
- You are an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills, ideally with a track record of community engagement.
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
- Develop and execute a content strategy to ensure consistent and engaging output across all platforms.
- Write and optimize captivating content aligned with the brand’s voice for social media and other channels.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to improve future strategies.
- Lead and coordinate with the content team to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Create and manage lead generation systems, including landing pages and sales funnels.
- Engage with the community through live calls and interactions to foster relationships and gather insights.
