About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our marketing team while building and optimizing scalable systems. In this role, you will oversee client relationships, ensuring alignment with goals, measurable growth, and exceptional results. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in decision-making, and balances strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive our clients’ success and contribute to the agency’s continued growth.
This is a Full-Time remote role.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager specifically with these requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Marketing agency experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and other organic marketing strategies.
- Experience in creating and implementing organic content plans that effectively increase brand awareness and engagement.
- At least 2 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG) Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Expertise in Google Ads, including managing Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns.
- Comfortable working on US PST/EU time zones (crossover at least 4 hours with each).
- Experience within ecom & travel niches, a variety of industries is welcome.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience formulating marketing plans that drive revenue. Proven track record of driving ROI for previous companies/projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience hiring and managing teams of up to 20 people.
- A builder’s mindset – someone with the vision and determination to grow and improve systems
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet client and company objectives.
- Building and managing a marketing team capable of delivering exceptional results.
- Collaborating with clients to create tailored marketing systems that exceed expectations.
- Monitoring KPIs to ensure performance aligns with revenue and growth goals.
- Adapting strategies as needed to align with market trends and client needs.
